John C. Sievers, 93, passed away July 5, 2016 in Las Vegas. Born in Oregon, John arrived in Las Vegas in 1964. He worked in the banking industry. Later he went to work for the State of Nevada, retiring in 2003. John was the secretary of the Kiwanis club for many years and was active in the Shrine and the Scottish Rite. John was preceded in death by his wife Jayne. He is survived by his daughters Susan and Margaret and one brother and one sister. Services will be at 1:00 on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at the Masonic Memorial Temple at 2200 W. Mesquite Ave.
