Larry Dale Covel

Larry was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who loved his family deeply. He shared a beautiful life with his wife, Ranae, and together they built a family that meant everything to him.

He was the kind of dad who was always there – steady, supportive, and someone you could count on no matter what. His love showed up in the everyday moments, the conversations, the laughter, and the way he made each of us feel important.

Larry had a passion for aviation, automobiles, outdoor activities, and genealogy. He found joy in his faith as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Those things were a big part of who he was, but nothing came before his love for his family.

He is survived by his loving wife, Ranae, his children: Shavonne (Justin) McGuire, Robert Covel, Katherine Muniz, Cameron (Josie) Covel, Clinton (Ashley) Covel, and Colin (Jenessa) Covel; his siblings: sister Carolyn Covel, and brothers Dennis Covel, John Covel, and Mark Covel along with many grandchildren who brought him so much pride and happiness. He is preceded in death by his brother, Dwaine Covel.

He will be missed every single day – in the big moments and the quiet ones. His love, his presence and the memories he gave us will stay with us always."
