LYLE BODKIN Husband, father, uncle, grandfather and friend, Lyle A. "Smooth" Bodkin, 52, passed away May 5, 2011. He was born Aug. 9, 1958, in Mesa, Ariz. Lyle moved to Las Vegas in 1991. No matter what you needed, Lyle would be there to help. He was preceded in death by his parents. Lyle is survived by his wife, Hope; sons, Allen and Ricky; daughters, Alexis and Samantha; brothers, Tim and Kevin; sister, Lorrie; nieces; and nephews, David, David Jr., Serenity, Emmie, Lucas, Breanna, Lorrie, Austin; Joshua, Ashley, Andy, Keyahna, Emonie, Aubriana, Alaiyah, Kylie, Addisson and Tony; grandchildren, Taylor, Grace Seth, Aiden, Brandon, Raven, Emily, Ryder, Willow and Alexandra. Services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday, May 12, at Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St.
