Maria A. Herrera Argueta

Maria was born in Jiquilisco, Usulutan in El Salvador. She was the daughter of Pedro Naires and Francisca Herrera. Maria grew up in Jiquilisco. Maria was raised with two sisters. Maria Elisa Herrera and Celsa Herrera. Maria was usually involved in all sorts of activities with her siblings. She and her siblings experienced rivalries typical of a growing family, but they shared many life experiences over the years. On December 26, 1971 Maria exchanged wedding vows with Moises Argueta at Iglesia Don Rua of San Salvador. Empathic and loyal, Maria was committed to making her new family happy. Maria worked hard to be a good mother to her children and she did her best to fulfill their needs. Maria was blessed with five children; two daughters, Erlinda and Ana Irma and three sons, Enrique, Medardo, and Thomas. Maria passed away on May 1, 2012 at Desert Springs Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada. Maria passed away from cardiac arrest. She is survived by her husband, Moises, children, Erlinda, Thomas, Merardo, Ana Irma and nine grandchildren. Services were held at Palm Mortuary. Maria was laid to rest in Palm Valley View Cemetery in Las Vegas, Nevada. Simply stated, Maria was a good and kind person, an individual who will for all time be remembered by her family and friends as being a caring and giving person, someone who was a vital part of their lives. Maria leaves behind her a legacy of life-long friendships and many cherished memories. Everyone whose life she touched will always remember Maria A. Herrera Argueta.
