Melvin Cohen, 84 passed away August 5, 2011 in Las Vegas. He is a 25 year resident of Las Vegas and is survived by his beloved wife of 64 years Phyllis Cohen, Sons; Lewis Cohen, MD (Norma) of New Jersey, Howard Cohen and David Cohen (Susie) both of Texas, wonderful grandchildren; Andrew, Daniel, Ben, Isaac, Samantha, Sabrina, David, Candice, Stephen, Cameron, Marc, and Kimberly, along with 7 1/2 great grandchildren. A funeral service and burial will be held at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery on Tuesday August 9, 2011 at 9:20am. Arrangements under the direction of Palm South Jones Mortuary, Las Vegas, NV.
