Patricia Ann Herrin of Las Vegas passed away peacefully on the morning of Sunday, January 12, 2025 in Las Vegas at the age of 65. She leaves behind her beloved and loving husband of 25 years, Terry Royder. She was born in Merced, California to Marvin and Shirley Herrin. She worked for various Nevada Test Site contractors for 35 years where she met and married her husband in 1999. They were secretly “Mauied” on a bluff overlooking Kapalua Bay on the island of Maui, Hawaii. She and her husband retired in 2018 and traveled extensively with their 4 cats in their 37’ fifth wheel RV trailer, covering most scenic areas west of the Rockies. They enjoyed numerous cruises together and a two-week tour of England. She was looking forward to many more overseas adventures. She enjoyed volunteering at Red Rock National Conservation Area and supporting other charitable causes such as the Poppy Foundation, which provides life-long care for unadoptable cats. Patricia was also astute with investing and personal financing, attending regular meetings with the local Bogleheads Community. Donations to the American Cancer Society and the Poppy Foundation are encouraged.
