He was born on September 24, 1962 in Portsmouth, Virginia to Jack and Mary Miller.Raymond was a master construction plumber and certified in air conditioning/refrigeration
repair.He moved to Las Vegas from Belmont, California in 2002 and started his own plumbing company
for a few years.Raymond is survived by his mother, Mary Miller of Las Vegas; sister, Sheri; nephew, Kyle;brother-in-law, Graeme all of northern California. He will be greatly missed and forever loved.
