Reiko Konishi, 64, of Las Vegas passed away Sept. 7, 2012, in Las Vegas. Reiko was born July 6, 1948, in Kumamoto, Japan. She then met and married Shoji Konishi in Las Vegas, where she was a 40-year resident. Reiko was a stay-at-home wife and mother for many years until she became an executive in the casino industry. Reiko was a true "foodie." She loved great food and good wine, and she loved to travel. She is survived by her husband, Shoji Konishi; her daughter, Michelle (Rick) Crider; and the loves of her life, her grandsons, Hendirx Ichiro and Lincoln Kaito. She was the most amazing wife, mother and "Baba." Visitation will be at 10 a.m., Thursday, Sept. 13, with funeral services and reception to follow, all at Palm Mortuary-Northwest, 6701 N. Jones Blvd.
