Robert L. Mitchell, 73, of Las Vegas, passed away June 26, 2010. He was a state government counselor and served in the U.S. Army. Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Thursday, July 1, with services following, both at Christ the King Catholic Church, 4925 S. Torrey Pines Drive.
