Shelbi Brooke Clenance

Shelbi Brooke Clenance, came into this world on June 23, 2017, at 7:37am, at Summerlin Hospital. Though she never took a breath of this world, she took our breath away. Although everything was done correctly and all supports utilized, at 20 weeks and 6 days gestation, Shelbi’s tiny being weighing 9 ounces and 11 inches long was unable to sustain life at birth. This did not abate the love she was able to give as her family and friends spent the next 11 hours holding on to her precious little body until it was time to say goodbye for now. Shelbi’s body is gone, but her soul is never ending. Shelbi’s presence will always surround the amazing family which she chose to be a part of. We may not have a full understanding of the lessons she came to teach, but in time solace will be found. Shelbi is the daughter of Stefanie and Marcus Clenance and the answer to their prayers for a child together. Shelbi is survived by her mighty and brave big sister Melani Clenance, her Grandparents Thomas and Margo Fisco, and Toni Blake, her Uncle Thomas Fisco, her Godparents Thomas Fisco, Suzanne Beecher, and Marcine Jensen, and many other loving cousins and friends. They and others will be remembering Shelbi at Palm’s Mortuary located on 6701 N. Jones Blvd., Las Vegas, Nevada, 89131 beginning at 5:00 pm.
