It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Shirley Guerrero on May 23, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. A fighter until her last day, Shirley’s unwavering spirit and generosity touched the hearts of everyone she encountered.
Shirley was a giver at heart, always striving to bring joy to those around her. Her warmth and kindness left a lasting impression on many, and her love for life was evident in the moments she cherished. She was a devoted wife to her husband, Chris, with whom she shared 48 beautiful years of marriage. She is survived by her loving son Jason, daughter-in-law Tricia, grandchildren Aaliyah, and Romello and siblings Evelyn De Dios, Ruby Domingo, Rose Valenzuela, and Romilo Domingo.
Shirley’s adventurous spirit took her across the world, from the Philippines to the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium. One of her favorite experiences was visiting Keukenhof’s breathtaking tulip gardens in Holland. Throughout her life, she lived in San Francisco, Monterey, Holland, Hawaii, Georgia, and Las Vegas, embracing each new place with curiosity and joy.
She and Chris found happiness in the simple pleasures—spending time together, enjoying local buffets, and trying their luck at the slot machines here in Las Vegas. Shirley's laughter and kindness will be missed but never forgotten.
Shirley’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
A visitation for Shirley will be held Friday, June 6, 2025 at 4:00 PM at Palm Mortuary - Cheyenne, 7400 W Cheyenne Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89129, followed by a funeral service at 7:00 PM.
