Shirley Scottie Valeriano, 76 was born and raised in Syracuse, New York. She is the daughter of Claude Clifford Cardinell and Olive Bell Cardinell. In 1979, Shirley met Al Valeriano, her companion of 35 years. Shirley is preceded in death by her companion, Al Valeriano and close friend Andy Millsap. She is survived by her two step-sons, Alfred (Angela) Valeriano from Frankfort, New York and Phil (Terese) Valeriano from Baldwinsville, New York; four beautiful grandchildren Danielle Valeriano, Alaina Valeriano, Vincent Valeriano and Aleese Valeriano; four brothers, Gary Cardinell, Lawrence (Grace) Cardinell, Roger (Harriet) Cardinell, Robert Cardinell, her very Best Friend, Yvonne Millsap and her two daughters, DeLisa and Andrea Millsap and a host of other family and friends.
