Stella Miera Milligan 85, a longtime resident of the Las Vegas area, passed away on August 21, 2025, at her home surrounded by love. She was born on December 26th , 1939, in Helper Utah to Antonio and Candelaria Miera.
Moving to Las Vegas in the early 70’s where she met and married the love of her life Robert Milligan. Stella was a retired staff member after 26 years with the Nevada Department of Human Resources.
A devoted Catholic with Our Lady of Las Vegas Church. She enjoyed playing Mexican train and playing penny slots with friends along with cooking and sewing with family.
She is survived by her brothers Eloy, his wife Angie; Frank and his wife Patsy; her sister Josephine; her son Michael and his wife Lisa; her daughter Kim and her husband Chad; her grandchildren Aspyn and her husband Will; Alexis; Jasmeen; Gage and his wife Natalie; Saydee; Peyton and Kaila; her great grandchildren Arabella, Gunner, Gattlin, Germany, Ava, Kayden and Zyair and her dog Hunny.
She will be dearly missed.
