Thomas Wayne Biggs, Sr., passed away June 21, 2014, in Las Vegas, NV. Tom was born January 20, 1938 to Rev. & Mrs. J.A. Biggs, in Lewisburg, TN. He graduated from Lewisburg High School in 1956 and immediately joined the U.S. Air Force. He proudly served his country. He was assigned to Nellis AFB and received an honorable discharge in 1960. He married Connie Rodriguez November 14, 1959 and to this union two children were born: Thomas (Tommy) Jr, and Charlene Paula. Tom joined the Las Vegas Metro Police Department in 1963, He retired as a Deputy Chief in 1988. Following his retirement he was employed by American Airlines, Southwest Airlines and finally Allegiant Airlines. He lives on thru his wife, two children and four grandson's: Justin and Nicholas Paula: Andrew and Brandon Biggs; Son-in-law Ross Paula, five sisters, and four brothers.
