William was born November 18,1941, to Madeleine Wheaton and William James Plante in Hartford, Conn. He attended and graduated from Roosevelt high school in, The Bronx, NY. He married Frank Romandetta on January 1, 2017, in Las Vegas. He worked in jewelry manufacturing for Feature Ring, approximately 35 years. He also worked as a sales representative at Macys for 15 years, in their jewelry/watch department.
Willam is preceded in death by his sister Madeline, and brother-in-law, Dominick.
William is survived by his husband Frank Romandetta, his brother Richard Wheaton, his nephews Billy Wheaton, Howard Wheaton and niece Mayra Wheaton and their four children. Also, his nephews Jason and Ralph Marcano. William is also survived by two sisters-in-law, Terry and Angie and 11 nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 12:00 PM, on (Wednesday) April 8, 2026, at Palm Northwest Cemetery 6701 North Jones Blvd Las Vegas Nv 89131.
