Azalee Booth Allen, 82, died May 9, 2018 at home surrounded by her loving family.
Born on January 29, 1936 in Horry County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Teva Booth Rabon.
Mrs. Allen is survived by her twin brother, Ashley Booth (Imogene R. Booth); daughter-in-law, Laurie Johnson; grandchildren, Zane Bishop Johnson, Brittney Johnson, Riley Alexander Johnson, Macks Ray Johnson; two great grandchildren, Paisley May Kemper and Benjamin Mathew Kemper; and nephews, Ray Alan Booth (Liz) and Ashley Murrell Booth, Jr. (Kim). She is predeceased by one son, Wallace Glen “Frog” Johnson and daughter, Jill Johnson Dean.
A memorial service will be held at 3 pm on Saturday, May 12 at Poplar United Methodist Church.
