He was the loving husband of the late Debra (Hall) Brown.
Billy was born on May 4, 1945 in Mecklenburg County, NC. The son of the late William Monroe and Rebecca (Blanton) Brown.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served during Vietnam.
He worked in sales for many years in Charlotte, NC, then retired as a patient transport person for Little River Medical Center.
Billy loved to Shag with Debbie. He was an avid New York Yankees fan. He loved his family and friends.
He is survived by a daughter, Kyla Lee Brown, and fiancé Michael Rains.
Celebration of life will be held on Saturday May 30th starting at 1pm in the back room of Fat Harold's Beach Club. Located at 212 Main St. North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582.
Wear your best beach shirts and dancing shoes. A DJ and cash bar will be available.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to North Myrtle Beach Humane Society.
