Charlie Angelini (aka “Bones”) of North Myrtle Beach, SC passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, October 30th surrounded by his loving wife and daughters. He was 82. Charlie was born on September 27, 1939 in Richmond, Virginia. He graduated from the University of Richmond with a BS in Chemistry and studied BioChemistry at Johns Hopkins. He spent his entire 35-year career at Seagram & Sons, Inc, retiring as the Global Head of Quality Assurance. Charlie loved golf, fishing, horse racing, traveling, playing cards, and of course, watching his legendary Duke Blue Devils basketball team.
Charlie is preceded in death by his parents and brother Michael, and is survived by his dedicated wife, Pat and two devoted daughters; Michelle and her husband Tim James and granddaughter Abbie of Wilmington, NC and Steph Angelini of Breckenridge, Colorado. He is also survived by his sister Yolanda Sweeney, of Glen Allen, Virginia along with multiple nieces and nephews.
