He is survived by his wife, AmyBeth Jepsen Full; daughter, Mackenzie Full; son, Robert (RJ) Full; brothers, Mark Full (Nicole) and Kevin Full (Vanessa); three nieces and a nephew; and his beloved pup, Jake.
Charles enjoyed boating, hunting, sitting on his front porch, and supporting his children in all their activities.
A hero to many, he was the Division Chief for the North Myrtle Beach Fire Department. Division Chief Full started with the Department in February 2007 as a Firefighter/EMT. In November 2008, he was promoted to Fire Lieutenant and served in that role until his promotion to Division Chief of Fire Training in July of 2021.
Prior to working for the Department, Lt. Full served as a Deputy District Fire Warden for the New Jersey Forest Fire Service. He was also a member of the Lt. of the Laurence Harbor Fire Department in New Jersey.

Conway Fire Rescue, Horry County 911 and the Horry County Coroner’s Office for all of their assistance.
Chief Full will lie in state from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Thursday, June 20, 2024, at Living Water Baptist Church for those who wish to pay their respects. A Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm. Burial with Fire Service Honors to follow at North Myrtle Beach Memorial Gardens.
