Charles "Chuck" J Lake Jr.

He met Mary Rossi in his teen years, and although they were dear friends, they never dated until the two rekindled their friendship in their late 40’s. They were married in his parents’ backyard on October 8, 2005, in Old Tapan, NJ. Chuck and Mary blended their families and shared wonderful memories for almost 20 years. He was a Master Auto Technician and had a successful career with Steve’s Auto and Truck, in Paramus, NJ. He loved the warm weather and traded snow for the sand and ocean on January 12, 2022, when the two moved to Calabash, NC.

Chuck is survived by his wife, Mary; children, JonPaul Lake (Melanie), Timothy Lake (Melanie) John Morgan (Melissa); stepdaughter, Regina M. Kosier (Kenneth); grandchildren, Lincoln Morgan, Tyler Morgan, Anthony “AJ” Kosier, Aubrey Lake, and Cayden Lake.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at Lee Funeral Home and Crematory, 11840 Highway 90, Little River, SC 29566.
