Frank was a very talented artist who speciality was wildlife, particularly birds. He was a family man first and foremost, who loved his wife,children,and grandchildren. He was a kind and sharing individual. I will miss Frank greatly. I was truly blessed to have a Frank as my friend. I will always remember Frank with great fondness. My prayers and thoughts to his family and friends.
