Jerry High, age 73, of Little River, South Carolina passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2025. Born on March 9, 1951, in Brunswick County, NC he was the son of the late Lawrence High and Ella Vaught High.
Survivors include his son, Jason High (Tina), daughters, Stephanie Lilly (Chad) and Cammie Marcum (Chad). Along with eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren. He preceded in death by his brothers, Jimmy High, Landis High, Myron Vaught and sister, Sheryl Ann Hardee.
In Jerry's free time you could find him cruising the intercoastal waterway with Cammie or wetting a line with Jason. As the night falls you would find him on the dance floor shagging with Stephanie. Jerry lived life just like his favorite beach song, “Be young, be foolish, but be happy”.
A visitation for Jerry will be held on Wednesday February 5, 2025, from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Lee Funeral Home & Crematory 11840 Hwy 90 Little River, SC 29566.
