

On December 15, 2020, Robert Meyer Jr. (Bob), loving father, passed away at age 69 in his home.
Bob was born on March 15, 1951, in Irvington, New Jersey. He was born and raised in New Jersey, living in Irvington, South Plainfield, Clinton Township and Holland Township. He worked for over thirty years at PSE&G as a chief machinist. When he was not working, he loved to spend time with his family, to tinker in his garage, enjoy a drink and spend time with his great danes.
After retirement, Bob relocated to Loris, South Carolina.
Bob was a member of the Sons of the American Legion of both Frenchtown New Jersey and Little River South Carolina.
He is survived by his two daughters, Lindsay Adams (her husband Michael); Ashley Meyer; and his beloved grand-dog, Max; brother Ernest Meyer; niece Jennah Santos; nephew Clete Meyer; his companion, Dorothy Branson; and a big extended family. Bob is preceded in death by his wife, Lorraine Meyer; his father, Robert Meyer Sr.; mother, Constance Chippendale; and his sister Mary June Andrews.
The family hopes to be able to hold a memorial celebration for Bob in New Jersey in the new year.
