
She was born October 29, 1946, in Hazleton, Pennsylvania to Henry and Laura Meier. After graduating from Allentown Central Catholic High School in 1964, she married the love of her life and traveled the country for 20 years (South Carolina, Florida, Arizona, New York, Hawaii, Virginia, and California) as a spouse to retired US Air Force Chief Master Sergeant James Saylor. She began her career as a medical office manager. As her life progressed, she was a beloved mother and homemaker who made the best chocolate chip cookies, fried chicken and sausage stuffing.
Rosann shaped the lives of her entire family with her kindness, generosity, and selfless devotion. She loved going to the beach, playing games (softball, bowling, bingo and blackjack) and cheering on The Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies.
Affectionately known as “Nana”, family was the center of her world. She took immense pride in her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren and found her greatest joy in the time spent with them.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, James Saylor, her son- James Saylor Jr. and his wife Jeannine, son- Joseph Saylor, and daughter- Christina Saylor. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Tyler Saylor and his wife Ashley, Devyn Saylor, and Henry Saylor. She adored her great grandchildren, Caden and Cooper Saylor, and was looking forward to the upcoming birth of her great granddaughter.
Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family, and her legacy of love and resilience will never be forgotten.
