
Sharon Lee Brown, 72, passed away on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at home with her family by her side. Born on September 13, 1953, in Binghamton, NY, Sharon was the daughter of the late Angus Wyatt and Naomi Lowe Cullipher. She was the wife of the late Lawrence Edward Brown.
She married her husband, Lawrence on June 19, 1983, in Baldwinsville, NY and they celebrated their 36th Anniversary before his death in 2019. Sharon worked for many years as a medical assistant at Suny Medical Center in Syracuse, NY before becoming an independent caregiver. In 2002, she and Lawrence moved to Longs, SC to join their daughter, Natalie Brown. She worked in hospitality with the Marriott until her husband’s health declined. Sharon enjoyed sewing, crocheting, drawing, painting, and reading until losing her eyesight. She was a fun-loving mother who dearly loved picking fun with her children and grandchildren.
Surviving Sharon are her daughters, Naomi Myers (Christopher) and Natalie Brown (Roger); seven grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers, Tom and Tim Cullipher, Bob, Burrell, and Chuck Jardin. Sharon was preceded in death by a grandson, James Lawrence; granddaughter, Ayla McCool; and great-granddaughter, Lylah Lawrence.
