

Tricia Charlene Mason, 38, died Monday, February 15, 2016 at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center.
Born on February 28, 1977 in Cheyenne, WY, she was the daughter of Roy T. and Susan Bowen Mason.
Tricia attended the University of Wyoming where she earned a BS in Family & Consumer Sciences and The George Washington University, where she earned an MPS in Political Management. She was IDD Product Management Director Senior for Anthem Insurance Company and had been Deputy Director, Division of Developmental Disabilities for the State of Nebraska. She was appointed by George W. Bush as a Public Member of the U.S. Access Board, and was the youngest Chair of the Board at age 28, was named to Lincoln NE’s business Top 20 Under 40 in 2012 and had served as National President of Little People of America. She represented LPA on the ANSI A117 committee. She was a member of the
P.E.O. Sisterhood and Pi Beta Phi sorority.
Tricia is survived by her parents, two brothers, Scott Mason and Roger Mason his wife Patricia Williams Mason and nephews, Connor, Tyler and niece Ruby Mason.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 11 am to 2 pm on Friday, February 19 at C.B. Berry Community Center, 2250 Hwy 179, Little River SC. A BBQ dinner will be served.
