It's been 7 years since Butch left us but we still think of him fondly at James C. Greene Company, where he worked for virtually all his insurance career.  He was a great employee and great person. I was glad to have been able to have spent some time with him in Sanford only weeks before he was taken from us. Look forward to reuniting with him again one day.

Could not attend the service, as I was out of town.  SO sorry for your loss.  My brother went in a similar way at similar age.  It is such a horrible shock, but God did not want him to suffer.  My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I am so sorry for your loss and will keep the family in my prayers.  I had the pleasure of working with Butch for only a short time through the IRF and really enjoyed talking with him and appreciate his dedication of doing such a good and thorough job.

I was so sorry to hear about the death of Butch. I will always remember the first time I met him. I was still fairly new to town and he made me feel very welcome. We had lunch at Hoskins in North Myrtle Beach and had plenty of laughs. As a fellow adjuster Butch always offered me his wisdom and although I did not spend a great deal of time with him, I will never forget his kindness and his eagerness to share his knowledge. My time knowing Butch was brief, but I will always think of him dearly. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of Butch's family and friends.

God came down kept his promise today-as he reached, he took our friend away.
It doesnt matter how it came-it's life frame by frame.
There is no set time-b/c the promise is yours, it's also mine.
And when he comes he comes in love-to heal us from the pain, the pushes, the shoves.
We will miss this man of God-the reality of death will be hard
So what do we say-about this tragic thing that happened that day.

Such a sad loss he was a wonderful person

Never forget the burgundy Ford Fairlane with mags and raised front end. Also the gum ball machine from that little store at the end of Nash Street.  A Legend has passed. RIP Butch.

I was the JCG Company SC Supervisor and first met Butch when he moved from Sanford to MB. He always had a big smile and told wonderful war stories about the claims he had worked.  He will be missed.  My God richly bless you and your family in this time of grief.
