She was the first female Vice Commander of the Garden State Chapter #1, American Ex-Prisoners of War. Rose served as the President of the Clara Maass Guild for 4 years.
Rose was predeceased by her beloved husband Charles and her siblings Nicholas, Carl, Samuel, Margaret, Josephine and Eleanor. She is survived by her loving children, Charles Tedesco, Stephen Tedesco, Dianne Tedesco and Sharon Wiehler and her husband Eric; adoring grandchildren, Christopher Tedesco and Erica Wiehler; and her brother Anthony and her sister Mary.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 16, from 4 - 8pm at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Ave., Livingston, N.J. The committal service will be held Wednesday, January 17 at 11am at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 225 Ridgedale Ave., East Hanover, N.J., followed by the entombment.
