He was born on January 16, 1986 in Uruapan, Michoacan, Mexico to Alan and Margarita (Guizar-Ramirez) Taylor.
He moved to Tucson, AZ and on to Longmont Colorado in 1989 where he graduated from Skyline High School. Alex was married to Kristina Layton. He was a nurse and phlebotomist at a few hospitals for about 5 years before making a career change to become a truck driver; obtaining his CDL Class A license in 2019.
Alex was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. In his free time, he enjoyed cooking, axe throwing, video games, playing with his kids, making glass cups and smoking/collecting cigars.
Alex is survived by his wife Kristina; his son Leo Alex Taylor; his daughter Stacy Kathleen Taylor; his father Alan Taylor, his mother Margarita Maria Taylor; his brothers Mark, Robert and Richard Taylor; and his sisters Airin and Kathryn Taylor.
A celebration of life for Alex will be held Friday, March 28, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Ahlberg Funeral Chapel, 326 Terry St., Longmont, Colorado 80501.
