

Christopher Scott Lamb, 56 of Longmont passed away on August 19, 2022 in Colorado. Christopher was born on April 22, 1966 in Boulder, CO, to Charles Ray Lamb and Mary Lou Brown Schuster. Chris received his baptismal at The Church of St. Thomas Augustine in Boulder, Co. Then attended The Sacred Heart of Jesus School through his junior high years.
Chris attended Fairview High School in Boulder, CO. After High School, Chris enlisted in the United States Naval Academy, while in the Navy, Chris was a Navy Boiler Technician 3rd Class. Chris moved to Longmont in 1982, from San Diego, CA, upon his Honorable Discharge from the Navy. Chris used his Boiler Tech skills as a plumber at Roto Rooter, HVAC Technician, at Carroll Mechanical Services,
Maintenance/handyman at Honest Solutions (his company). He was a Lot Tech at Sprinkler Used Cars which was a job he loved as he was a maintenance man for their rental properties. Chris held many positions and worked till he was no longer able. Chris attended New Creation Church in Longmont, for many years, were he loved volunteering. He attended a mission trip to Mexico to build a home for a needy Family, this was a proud moment for Chris. He was a morning person and greatly enjoyed serving donuts to the congregation following Church service. Chris was a member of The Boy Scouts of America, American Legion and JBHW.
Chris enjoyed playing Golf and most of all spending time with his children. Chris is survived by two sons, Zachary Scott Lamb and Logan Jacob Lamb, both of Longmont, three daughters, Ashley Megan Nitzel of Loveland, CO, Melissa Alden (Backhaus – Lamb), of Cushing, Wisconsin, and Stephanie Backhaus (Lamb), of Fort Walton Beach, Florida. He's survived by one grandchild, Zaydn Kyrie Trujillo.
There will be a Celebration of life Service on Tuesday August 30, 2022 at 10am at Ahlberg Funeral Chapel, with a reception to follow at the American Legion Post 32.
