

Dan Coffin, born in Waterloo, IA, to parents Howie and Verna Coffin, passed away at the age of 73 on February 20, 2024. He was married for 51 years to his high school sweetheart and soulmate. In 1971, Dan relocated to Colorado, where he established a fulfilling career centered around his passion for golf.
He found solace and strength in his Catholic faith throughout his life. Dan, hailing from a large family of 10 brothers and sisters, treasured his roots and the bonds he shared with his siblings. He was equally blessed with a close connection to his wife’s side of the family, embracing them as his own.
He was a member of Fox Hill Country Club, where he not only enjoyed playing golf, camaraderie of a friendly card game, but also served on the board of directors. He had a penchant for the classics, never once missing a return of Gunsmoke or Andy Griffith, with his two dogs.
He is survived by his devoted spouse, Joni Coffin, his loving sons Jason and Corey, and his cherished grandchildren.
Dan will be fondly remembered for his unwavering love, his warm smile, and his zest for life. May his legacy of love and laughter live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
