I had the pleasure of working with Dan for 5 and a half years.  I sat just two offices away and each morning he always said a very pleasant good morning and he always told every single person on our floor goodbye at the end of the day.  He was so kind, always positive, and just such a good man.  I loved working with him and he was an example of not just how we should treat our coworkers, but how we should treat everyone.  He will be truly missed.

It""s difficult at such a time to know what words to say. Just knowing that our thoughts and prayers are with you. I coached Dan in Little League when he was a young man and I always enjoyed him. I also worked with his dad at Rocky Flats for many years. What a fine family that you all are.We are thinking of you and praying for you at this difficult time.

My heart absolutely aches for you.  I had the pleasure to share an office wall with Dan, if only for 8 months.  He was such a joy to work and laugh with.  He always greeted me with cheerful good morning and I loved to hear about his children and their many accomplishments; he was so very proud.  He was a great man and I know he will be missed by many; I hope you find some comfort in knowing his memory lives on and that he touched so many lives.

Dear Mary, Madison, Luke, and Brandon, 
I am so heart broken to hear about your loss. ?? What I've come to learn from losing loved ones this past year is when people say I wish there was something I can do;the only thing they can do is share their memories they have of Dan with you to keep his memory alive. The only comfort I have from losing Matt and Cody is knowing that they know I love them and I know they love me and that love will never end. It's so hard to comprehend that they are no longer physically here,  but in a sense, I still feel them. I know you are forever changed and the hardest part of that is living with it every day, and I know you may not think it's possible,  but you will move forward, smile and laugh again and you will always carry his love and memory in your heart and mind.
