David Tiffany McCall

David Tiffany McCall, 61, passed away at his home in Frederick, Colorado on Tuesday, May 19, 2015.Born December 31, 1953 in Schenectady, NY to Thomas Luther and Jane (Tiffany) McCall, he grew up in Liverpool, NY, and later graduated from Liverpool High School. He fell in love with Colorado while attending the University of Colorado Boulder, where he earned Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate degrees.David married Kathryn Dussault on August 18, 1984 in Liverpool, NY. They spent time in upstate New York before settling in Colorado to raise their two children, James and Christine. David was a practicing litigation attorney in Weld County for many years. He earned the respect of clients, judges, and attorneys through his professional and personal demeanor. He was a member of the New York Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, and the Eaton Country Club. He enjoyed spending his days on the golf course, watching the sunset, and gazing up at the stars. He loved spending time with his dog, Reagan, and learning about the world through reading. He was preceded in death by his mother, Jane McCall.David is survived by his wife Kathy, son James McCall, daughter Christine McCall, father Thomas McCall (Noreen) of Liverpool, NY, two brothers Scott McCall (Theresa) of Baldwinsville, NY and Stephen McCall (Diane) of Baldwinsville, NY, and many nieces and nephews. He will be surely missed by his friends and family. A celebration of life to honor David will take place on Saturday, May 30th from 2-4 PM at Georgia Boys BBQ in Frederick, CO (141 Fifth Street, Frederick, 80530).
