I had the good fortune of spending time with David on several of his trips to Northern Manitoba. He was a wonderful fellow, always happy and very good natured. I want to pass on my most sincere condolences to David's family and friends. He will be missed by his friends on the Churchill River.

Kaye, Vicki and I are so sorry to hear about Dave's passing.  Dave and I walked through the front door at Albuquerque Center together.  I have thought of him often over the years.  He will be missed.

So sorry to hear of Daveâ€™s passing, condolences to Daveâ€™s family.  Dave and I were in the same Air Traffic Controller class in Albuquerque ARTCC - 1974 December 9th.  We worked together for many years at ZAB.  Dave was always the flamboyant and joyful guy that got the whole control room laughing at his antics.  Dave got me through ATC training with his enthusiasm and encouragement. Dave was such a great person to be around and heâ€™ll be greatly missed. May you rest in peace Dave. 

I worked with Dave for many years at the Denver ARTCC.  What I always appreciated about Dave was his indomitable spirit.  No matter what chaos was being spun in the control room, his gentle demeanor and humor would soothe the situation.  An absolute gem to have with you in trying circumstances....I will miss his cherubic grin and his easy going personality.  Rest easy my friend.....

Worked with Dave in Albuquerque and in Afghanistan.  So sorry to hear of his passing. He was a great person to work with and be around 

Kaye, Pauline and I have never forgotten the time you had us over for dinner many years ago.  It is a good memory of David and you.  Our prayers are with you and your family.  Tony

My condolences to the Pyle families. I'm sorry to hear about the loss of dear David. Some Bible scriptures that have helped me during times of loss include Isaiah 26:19 and Psalm 37:28,29 which states in part: Your dead ones will live...They will rise up. And the Bible also says The righteous themselves will possess the earth, and they will forever reside upon it. Therefore the Bible promises that we may be reunited with our loved ones lost in death by means of an earthly resurrection. This is further confirmed by John 5:28,29 which says Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out. This is possible thanks to Jesus Christ's ransom sacrifice. Thus we have a genuine hope of everlasting life in a world without wickedness or suffering.
