Born in Cincinnati, OH on January 12, 1952. Dennis graduated with a law degree from Seton Hall. Dennis was a respected labor lawyer in New York, New Jersey, and Colorado.
Dennis enjoyed drinking wine or scotch with his friends and family, collecting fine art and pottery, and in his later years, spending as much time as possible with his granddaughter.
Dennis is survived by his son, Lucas Baarlaer (Kristin Dahm), and his granddaughter, Astrid.
Dennis will be remembered for his kindness in helping others in need, his integrity to do what was right, and his larger than life smile.
