Edwina “Tootsie” Mae Jivery of Longmont passed away peacefully at home on Friday, February 21, 2025, at age 73, after a brief battle with cancer. She was born October 3, 1951, in Ozark, AL, at the U.S. Army hospital to Clifford and Edna Bode.
She married John Jivery of Hibbing, MN on October 14, 1968. They opened the doors to their business AAA Radiator Repair in1975, fifty years later the business is still going strong.
Tootsie enjoyed her cabin in the mountains, bingo, playing cards and going up “The Hill” with her friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, husband, sister Linda, brother Calvin, and mother.
She is survived by daughters Tammy and Katherine Jivery, sister Mary (Jeff) Floyd, brothers Bill Bode, Pete (Diane) VanLew, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Cremation is entrusted to Howe Mortuary & Crematory of Longmont, Colorado.
