Lillian Doris Mccloud

Lillian D. McCloud, 89, formerly of Longmont, died Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at Mountain Vista Health Center in Wheat Ridge, CO. due to complications of cancer.She was born in New Raymer, CO to Frank and Alice (Cooper) Fritz. Lillian's family, which consisted of thirteen children, all now deceased, homesteaded in the New Raymer area one hundred years ago. Lillian met her husband William McCloud in Ft. Morgan where they farmed and raised their family.Lillian is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her son Gary and a grandson Christian. She is survived by three daughters: Diane (Stephen) Johnson, Larkspur, CO, Donna (Barry) Butters, Cedar Rapids, IA and Michelle (Timothy Kell) Lebsock, Longmont, CO and ten grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Her daughter-in-law Ada Mae McCloud, Elgin, MO, further survives her. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, April 30, 2010 at Howe Mortuary Chapel followed by Graveside services at 1:00 p.m. in Fort Morgan, CO at Riverside Cemetery.
