Lorri Lynn Ford

Lorri Lynn (Maitland) Ford, of Aurora, CO, passed away November 25, 2021. She was 57 years old. Lorri was born in Woodruff, Wisconsin on December 26, 1963 to David Ivan and Lawanda Sue (Ebel) Maitland. Her parents preceded her in death.

Lorri was just a toddler when her family moved to Lake Panasoffkee, Florida where she was raised. Lorri remained in Florida until 1994 when she moved to Colorado. Lorri met and fell in love with Matt Maher and they decided to make a life together in Aurora, Colorado. Matt was with her through her battle with cancer and remained by her side until her death.

Lorri is survived by her companion, Matthew Maher; siblings, Mary (Jeff) Hamilton, Michael Maitland, Linda (Jack) Grayson and Debra Scanlon; uncles, Ron Ebel and Larry Ebel; nieces and nephews, Jeffrey, Amy, Michael Jr., Paul, Amanda, Tyler and Nicholas.

In addition to her parents, Lorri was preceded in death by her brother, David Maitland, grandparents, Arthur & Marie Ebel and Melvin & Francis Maitland.

No services are planned at this time. Howe Mortuary is taking care of cremation arrangements.
