Marjorie Katherine Norman

Marjorie K. Norman, of Lafayette, passed away Thursday, September 29,2016 at TRU Hospice in Boulder surrounded by her loving family. She was 81. Marjorie was born December 26, 1934 in Mondamin, Iowa to Lloyd F. and Lucille Petersen. During her lifetime, Marjorie has lived in various areas of the country including Iowa, Maryland, South Carolina, Indiana and returning to Colorado to be home with her family. On December 21, 1968, Marjorie married the late Everett F. Norman in Boulder, Colorado. A homemaker at heart, Marjorie cherished spending times with her family. She also worked outside the home in retail.

Marjorie is survived by her children, Stuart Baker of Lafayette, CO, Candy (Pete) Sierminski of Longmont, CO, Troy Norman of Lafayette, CO; brother, Gerald Petersen of Boulder; grandchildren, Katie Cacala, Kari (Brandon) Dimmick, Beau Baker, Tia (Brad) Cavender; great grandchildren, Easton & Logan Cacala, Cameron & Caleb Dimmick, and Chase & Parker Cavender as well as nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, Marjorie was preceded in death by her sister, Beverly Jean Fox.

There will be a private Celebration of Life with family. Howe Mortuary is handling arrangements.
