

Marjorie Imogene Wright passed away September 18, 2014 at her home. She was 93 years old.She was born February 27, 1921 in Fort Lupton, CO to Howard and Bertha (Meloy) Hutcherson. She grew up on the family farm and attended the one room Porter school.On March 10, 1937 she married Jesse Wright in Denver. They moved to Longmont in 1942. Jesse's job in commercial construction would often move them to other temporary homes, but Longmont always remained home base.Marjorie worked as an advertising inserter for the Daily Times-Call from 1971 to 1983. However, most of her life was devoted to being a loving wife, mother and later grandmother and great grandmother.She was a member of the Lutheran church, previously belonging to Bethlehem Lutheran Church.Marjorie was an avid and accomplished bowler. She was a member of many different leagues and won many trophies in competition.She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jesse in 2003 and five siblings Don Hutcherson, Louise Orchard, Galen Hutcherson, Kathryn McWilliams and Ray Hutcherson.Marjorie is survived by her three children Gary Wright, Teri (John) Hopkins and Belinda Riggs, five grandchildren Rhonda Buder, Roger Wright, Robyn Orton, Corbin Newman and Tiffany Beyers and five great grandchildren Blake Buder, Emily Mizzelle, Shay Beyers, Hailey Beyers and Kilah Newman.At her request no memorial service will be held.
