She was an active member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. The most important thing in Mary's life was her family. She had a true love of sports and thoroughly enjoyed supporting her kids' and grandkids' activities – our greatest fan! She also loved music and dance. She and Bob were the best of dancers and danced 'til the end. They moved on the dance floor as they did in life – gracefully with true love for each other. She loved her home and it was always a welcome place where extended family and friends gathered to enjoy each other.Surviving are her husband, Bob; their 6 children, Steve (Deb), Julie Dudek (Mike), Dave (Cindy), Jan, Tom and Tim (Sharon); 9 grandchildren; James, Jonathan, Kevin (Holly), Matthew, Katie, Jason, Josh, Ryan and Kelly; great-granddaughter, Eden. Extended family includes 3 brothers; Bernie (Jackie) Madden, James (Loretta) Madden, Jerry Madden and their families. She is preceded in death by her parents and dear sister-in-law, Sue Madden.A loving and nurturing person, she will be missed by all who were touched by her unselfish spirit. Family and friends alike often referred her to as a best friend. When asked how she wanted to be remembered she stated simply, ""a mother.""Rosary service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 14 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Mass of the Christian Burial will be held at the church with Father Brian Morrow as Celebrant. Interment will follow at Foothills Gardens of Memory.
