Patricia "Pat" Gayle Ward

Pat was first and foremost a daughter and follower of Jesus Christ. Her relationship with her Lord and Savior was the most important in her life. If your own heart isn't right with the Lord, Pat would encourage you to consider building a relationship with Him.

Pat was a devoted wife to Richard, and mother to Christina. She was a teacher for over 30 years and owned her own cleaning and painting business. She loved helping others. She enjoyed gardening, taking care of her birds, puzzles, reading, and sewing. Pat especially loved playing with her great grandsons over the last couple years.

She will be dearly missed but will live forever in the hearts and memories of those who so loved her.

Pat was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Richard Ward; parents, Lou and Betty Stalker; and her sister-in-law, Shirley Stalker. She was followed by her sister, Shirley Garvin. She leaves behind a beautiful legacy and is survived by her devoted daughter, Christina Huffman (Randy) of Longmont CO; brothers Dick Stalker of Lititz, PA and John Stalker (Rosemary) of Harrisville, PA; step grandsons Adrien Huffman (Rachel) and Taylor Huffman (Lauren); three beautiful and very loved great grandsons Holland, Hunter, and Gentry; and several nieces and nephews.
