

Sheila Faye Malcolm entered into rest on Monday, January 19, 2026, at the age of 88. Born on April 6, 1937, in Broken Bow, Nebraska, Sheila was the daughter of Wanda May and Harold Stockton. She grew up alongside her four sisters, and the family relocated to Boulder in the 1940's. Sheila later graduated from Boulder High School.
Sheila was primarily a homemaker and a child-care provider for family and friends, roles she embraced with her kind-hearted and humorous nature. Additionally, she worked in the fabric department at WalMart, where her love for sewing and arts & crafts was well-known.
Sheila married Milen Levi Malcolm Jr. on June 8, 1958, in Longmont, Colorado, and together they raised two children. Her family was the center of her world, and she was known for her loving, caring, and supportive presence.
In her personal life, Sheila enjoyed watching football games and was famously known as the "World's Biggest Bronco Fan". She had a passion for sewing, arts & crafts, and had a special affection for the color blue. Her garden and landscape were sources of joy and pride.
Sheila was preceded in death by her husband, Milen Levi Malcolm Jr.; parents, Wanda May and Harold Stockton; sisters, Donna (Jerry) Warfield, Barbara (Wally) Goranson, Lonzetta Grimes; and brother-in-law, Bob Green.
Sheila is survived by her children, Milen (Carrie) Leroy Malcolm and Wanda (Ray) Comeau; her sister, Bonnie Green; her grandchildren, Andrew John Comeau and Raelynn (Ryan) Barnett; and great-grandchildren, Lillian and Brayden Barnett.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Tru Community Hospice.
A graveside committal service will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Foothills Gardens of Memory, located at 14241 N 107th Street, Longmont, Colorado.
