Shirley was born on May 31, 1936 in Manitowoc, Wisconsin to the late Frank and Florence Schiesl. Shirley married David R. Mueller on October 27, 1956. He preceded her in death in 1999.
Shirley is survived by her 3 children, Cheryl, Lori and Randy and a daughter in law Amy along with three grandchildren Brittney, Shaylene and David. She is also survived by her sister Judy and brother in law John Kampann.
