Sylvia Louise Martinez

Sylvia Louise Martinez born August 16, 1954 in Boulder Colorado to Felemon Lopez & Virginia Garcia, Charles & Mary Vogel.Sylvia grew up in Lafayette Colorado then attended schools in Lafayette & Longmont Colorado.On April 20, 1971 she married husband Stephen Martinez Sr. They made their home in Louisville, Lafayette, and Erie then settled in Longmont in 1979. Mom worked at Storage Tech, Neodata, Miniscribe & St. Vrain School District before she became a homemaker and cooked the BEST red hamburger chili ever!!Sylvia enjoyed every moment with her grand-babies. She is the BEST GRAM a grand-kid could want or have. She is an amazing wonderful strong woman! She is so proud of them with the way they've grown up to be strong young ladies & strong young gentlemen. Ma also enjoyed her music, KBCO, candles, incense, cooking, driving to Louisville, bingo, gambling, going to Meadow Park, Barbour Ponds, Pinewood Lake, Flatirons Lake, Lon Hagler, bbqing with her family and dining out either at Chinese restaurants and Red Lobster. Grand-babies: Tara Grine, Taylor Van Proosdy, Alexandria Martinez (Brian Canning), Esequiel J. Martinez, Chandler Ghesquiere, Kennedi Ghesquiere, Azriella Decker, Alyssa Maes, Zachary Martinez & Keatyn Ghesquiere. All her babies are all so proud of their Gram and will miss her touch forever!Great Grand-babies: Violet Canning, Mikko Canning, Alizea Grine & Oliver Rendon.Mom is always there for her three big babies Cristyl Ghesquiere (Eric Ghesquiere) Stephen Martinez, Jr. (Lisa Morris) Cressa Martinez. No matter what they need or when, she was there with a way to fix it or figure it out. Most of all it is her love!! Forever she will be loved & remembered by her brothers & sisters.
