

Born December 28, 1945, in Cumberland, Maryland, Terry was the beloved son of the late Walter Francis Cox and Marie Irene (Ritterman) Cox. He graduated from Fort Hill High School in Cumberland before proudly serving his country in the United States Air Force from 1965 to 1969, specializing as a Jet and Radar repairman.
Following his honorable discharge, Terry applied his technical expertise to a successful civilian career as an electrician and TV repairman. He owned and operated a Telequick business in Denver during the 1970s and early 1980s and later worked for TV Doctor in Aurora, Colorado. Terry retired from full-time work in 2001 after decades of service in the Denver Metro area.
Terry was a passionate sports fan who especially loved football and baseball. An avid and skilled bowler, he spent many evenings at Brunswick Lanes in Aurora, participating in league play with an impressive average between 175 and 190.
Terry was preceded in death by his wife Brenda Cox, daughter Amanda Grubb, his parents Walter and Marie Cox, and his sister Carol Cox.
He is survived by his former wife Margurite Cox of Lafayette, Colorado, and his loving children: Alexander Cox of Erie, Colorado; Christine Moosbrugger of Lafayette, Colorado; Joanna Cox of Englewood, Colorado; Rick Rapier, LaCharles Rapier; Raquel Rapier of Aurora, Colorado; and Jennifer Armstrong of Billings, Montana. He was a cherished grandfather to Amaya Cox, Adyn Cox, Jennifer Armstrong, Makaila Moosbrugger, Josiah Moosbrugger, Colin Moosbrugger, Sophia Rodriguez, Larissa Rapier, Angelique Rapier, and Remmington Rapier. Terry also leaves behind one great-grandchild, David Armstrong.
Terry’s memory will be treasured by all who knew and loved him. His kind spirit, technical mind, and enduring passion for life will be deeply missed.
