Walter Lawrence Bodnar

Walter ""Larry"" was born in Brighton Massachusetts on March 14, 1943 to Walter K Bodnar and Abigail Elenor Bodnar. He graduated Brighton high school in 1961. Larry was employed at Warren E Collins medical for approximately 40 years as a quality control specialist. He was father to five children Jane Marie Lennox, of Massachusetts, Walter Edward Bodnar of Ohio, Nicholas Austin Bodnar of Massachusetts, Jennifer Ruth Bodnar of California, and Steven Lawrence Bodnar of Massachusetts. Larry had nine grandchildren , his daughter Jane gave him four grandchildren Benjamin Jacob, Abigail Francis, Faith Francis and Robert Austin Lennox. His eldest son Walter gave him four additional grandchildren, Samantha Elise Moravek of Massachusetts Brandon Thomas Balkind of Virginia, Kara Marie Sibagatullin of Kentucky, Devon Edward Bodnar of Ohio, and Tyler James Bodnar Ohio. Larry also had six great grandchildren Dominic James Lennox, Lottie K Davis, Aiden L Bodnar, Elena L Sibagatullin, Larissa C Balkind, and Evan R Sibagatullin.

Larry was an active life participant and enjoyed many activities throughout his 74 years. As a young man he played softball, street hockey, polished his beloved Barracuda and enjoyed many camping, hiking, and white water rafting trips with his children in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Larry also raised and raced sled dogs. Larry's passion was riding his motorcycle with his great friends here in Colorado. He enjoyed many trips across this country and took in many sites with his friends and his son. On May 11, 2017 he chose to take the final ride on his Harley Davidson up to heaven. He will be missed.
