Carol Elaine Lay, 60, passed away on Friday, August 25, 2017. She was a member of the Life Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Ernest Lay; brother, John Cason; sister, Patty Barnett and grandson Tyler Cooper. She is survived by her children; Tonya Cooper ( Donnie), Christina Dowell (David), and Ernest Lay; brothers; Robert, Mike, Jerry and Bill Cason, sisters; Diana McFall, Darlene Smith and Nancy Spencer; and six grandchildren. Her funeral service will be Wednesday August 30, 2017at 12:00 PM at advantage Funeral Home Hardy Chapel with cremation to follow. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home Tuesday August 29, 2017.
