He was retired from International Harvester, a Navy veteran of World War II and a member of Valley Chapel of Prayer.
Survivors include his daughters, Cathy Kerr and Mary Davis; sons, Thomas, Michael, David and James; 17 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
His service will be on Friday, noon at the W. G. Hardy Funeral Home and Cremation Service with burial in KY Veterans Cemetery Central. Visitation will be on Thursday from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home
