Victoria Lynn Atcher

Vickie was born on October 7, 1951 in Louisville Kentucky. To know Vickie was to know love. She was more than a sister and a mother—she was a best friend, a mentor, and a constant source of strength and inspiration. She taught us, guided us, made us laugh, and reminded us every day what it meant to love deeply and live fully.

Vickie cherished time with her family, especially the simple joys of being together—sharing stories, laughter, and love. She created countless memories with her siblings that will be treasured forever. Whether teaching, guiding, or simply listening, Vickie always gave of herself with grace and love.

She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Atcher (Ray Vinson); her sister Pam Lozier, brothers Mike Kessinger (Bridget) and Jerry Kessinger (Connie); grandchildren, Nicole Hill (Shaun), Stevie Vinson (Brooklynn); and great grandchildren Dakoda and Cole. She was preceded in death by her parents Royce and Opal Kessinger and her husband Robert Atcher.

Vickie’s light will never dim. Her spirit will live on in the stories we share, the lessons she taught us, and the love that will bind us to her forever.

A memorial visitation will be held on Monday from 1-4 pm at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Hwy, followed by a memorial service at 4:00 pm.
